Registration

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

Absolutely not. You can buy without having an account with our shop.

What are the benefits of having an account?

Registration on the Miamiko store’s website takes only minutes! With an account, you don’t have to enter your details every time you place an order. You also get access to your order history and can stay up to date with special offers for regular customers. 

How can I register for the online store?

You can set up an account for our store by clicking here or when you place your order.

How do I add additional information or change the information that I provided during registration?

Your account can be accessed at https://miamiko.co.uk/account. There, you can change both your data and your password.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

Order

Can I cancel my order?

We try to process all orders as soon as we receive them, but you can cancel your order before we ship it. Just send us an email at hello@miamiko.co.uk telling us that you want to cancel the order.

When will I receive the purchased item?

The total time it takes to receive the package after placing an order is usually around 3 to 5 business days. In the case of delays (for instance because of weather conditions), you will be notified immediately. If you have been waiting for your order for more than 14 days, be sure to let us know. Send a message to hello@miamiko.co.uk or fill in our contact form.

Can I change my order?

We try to prepare orders for a shipment as quickly as possible, so we can’t guarantee it will be possible. However, don’t hesitate to write to us and we’ll do whatever we can to make it work.

If I purchase a few things as separate orders, will I be able to receive them in one package?

Until we prepare your order for shipment, this is possible. Just send an email to hello@miamiko.co.uk telling us you want all your orders in one package.

How can I check the status of my order?

The status of your order can be found in the My Account tab. When the status changes, you will receive an email informing you of this.

 

Payment

 

Is online shopping safe?

We do our best to make your purchases are as safe as possible. Our website has an SSL certificate (you can verify this by looking at the URL which is preceded by a closed padlock symbol and starts with a green ‘https://’). This means that all data is encrypted and that the links are secure.

What are the payment methods?

We accept credit cards and PayPal in order to process quick and safe payments. 

Delivery

Can I collect my order in person?

Currently, our store does not offer the ability to collect the order in person.

Can I order an item with the option of shipping abroad?

Yes, you can place international orders at miamiko.com.

What is the cost of delivery?

Shipping within the United Kingdom for all orders over £60 is free, otherwise it costs £4.90.

Exchange and Returns

Can I return the purchased item?

Sure! You can do it within 30 days. More information can be found on our Refund Policy page.

When will I get a refund for the returned goods?

We will refund your money when we get the items back or when we receive proof that the items were sent back to us, depending which event occurs first.

Can I exchange the product?

Yes. Simply return your order as usual and then place another order.

How do I file a complaint regarding a defective item?
